New Monaco is a 125-acre master-planned community located in northeast Peachland, bordering West Kelowna and overlooking Lake Okanagan. The neighbourhood is included in Peachland’s Official Community Plan and is designed to support a mix of tourism, cultural, commercial, retail, and residential development.
